2.  Charge 200 buxxs per tournament. If you want, you may add a td donation but it is not necessary. It is at the td's discretion.

3.  The games may be made as singles or doubles (game permitting) at your choice. Try to mix it up.

4.  There will be HTDs double checking the correct tournaments are on the correct slots. If you see that your tournament has been changed please check the Holiday Tree Calendar before changing it to anything else.

5.  Please DO NOT add a Beach Blanket Bingo Tournament past its start time. That slot will just be skipped and the next one will go on as scheduled.  

6.  The latest a Beach Blanket Bingo tournament should start is 10 mins past the scheduled time (you need a hero)etc... 

7.  If you run doubles and any team member does not finish the tournament or you miss mark a singles winner, please email all HTDs so that we can make sure to post it correctly on the trees. Even if you submit a correction to cases, please email the all HTDs the correct winners or who wasn't able to complete the doubles tournament.

8.  We will be updating the Beach Blanket Bingo twice a week as time allows.

9.  Just so you are aware that the Beach Blanket Bingo tournament maybe large and the subsequent tournaments may have a hard time filling or may be smaller in size. This is not a reflection on your hosting or that the person hosting before you is better. It is that the members seem to just play the special tournament only instead of the multiple games you are used to seeing them play in.
